Wine has been a part of his life since childhood, as his grandfather, grandmother, father (and now his younger brother too) has made wine. The first memorable and defining wine experience of his life was when, as a young man, on the terrace of their house, his father offered him a glass of Hungarian cabernet sauvignon. Since then, he has been a great lover of red wines and Hungarian wines. He has been publishing on wine topics since 2001. In the Hungarian edition of Playboy magazine, he published a series about Hungarian wine regions and their winemakers, and organized the "Playboy Wine of the Year" competition for several years. He presents the Wine Producers of the Year in the columns and online pages of the national Hungarian daily newspapers: Magyar Idők and Magyar Nemzet. He has been a Member of the Circle of Hungarian Wine Writers since 2018.
