The Circle of Hungarian Winewriters brings together journalists who regularly publish about wine and who produce quality journalism. Our aim is to promote recognition of the profession, to raise its prestige and, of course, to continuously improve ourselves.
The Circle of Hungarian Winewriters brings together journalists who regularly publish about wine and who produce quality journalism. Our aim is to promote recognition of the profession, to raise its prestige and, of course, to continuously improve ourselves.
Since 2016, the Circle of Hungarian Winewriters has been organising the Hungarian Wine Grand Prix, a multi-round wine competition which results in the Super 12 white and red wine selections. From 2022, in honour of Dr. József Kosárka, a commemorative prize named after him is also awarded to the winery that received the most votes from members during the competition of a given year.
